Meet our Staff

Diane Brabetz, RN CPNP PHNHi, I am Diane Brabetz, RN, CPNP, PHN. As Owner/Administrator of At Home Nursing, I am pleased to introduce you to some of my key staff. I began my Agency so that there would be a locally owned, nurse managed company in Sonoma County. This is a family owned company – even our toddler granddaughter is a presence in our office!

Les Brabetz, BSEE – Vice President & IT Manager
Les graduated from Johns Hopkins University with an Electrical Engineering degree and held a 20+ year career with companies such as Honeywell, the Naval Academy, Tektronix, and Hewlett-Packard/Agilent. Les provides our agencies with computer support and his technical expertise.

Matt Brabetz – Payroll & Billing
Matt went to the SRJC where he was on the soccer team. He currently is an Assistant Coach for the Soccer Team and remains active in both indoor and outdoor soccer leagues. He is a coach for an under 12 yr. Youth Soccer team. Matt is responsible for all of our Payroll & Billing, our Benefits Programs and assists with hiring and recruitment as needed.

Sherri Guinn – Accounting Manager
Sherri has been with our Agency for over 9 years and is well versed with the needs of our clients and families. She has over 25 years experience in the accounting field and experience in billing insurance companies.

Malinda Brabetz – Personnel Coordinator
Malinda has worked in our agencies through the years, helping to develop our staffing business. She has worked managing a medical office, worked in the film industry and now is responsible for our Hiring Department. She manages Human Resources for our three Agencies.

Diane Schwab – Pediatric Staffer, Facility Staffer and On Call Supervisor
Diane joined our Agency in 2005. She maintains all of our authorizations on our pediatric clients and sees that our families are scheduled for their requested time. She also schedules all of our nurses for our school nurse program. And, she is in charge, recruits, hires and orients all of our after hours staffers.

Jan Welch, RN BSN – Director of Clinical Services
Jan graduated from Loma Linda University with a Bachelors in Nursing. She worked with Di (our owner) in the 80’s in home care. She has a background in home care – both non medical elder care & infusion services. She has experience in sales & marketing as well as clinical education.
